bullet  General Notes:

The FamilySearch.org web site has John's last name spelled Belek, born 4-10-1881, son of Josef Belek and Rosa Kuthan.

I didn't find them in the 1910 census living in Chicago.

There must have been three John Bileks -- one was born May 1, 1880 and then baptized at St. John Nepomucene on May 6, 1880. There's a note off to the side of the baptismal record, an unusual note, and it seems to me to say "Dead = --- d(can't read) John year later." Image 20 of their baptisms 1875-1925 for John #2, image 22 for this John. Next to the John who was born in 1881 (this particular John), is written the words "No. 3," which I take to mean there's another John out there, born before 1880 who didn't survive and who maybe didn't live long enough to be baptized.
