It's interesting to note that I didn't find any baptismal records for Josephine at St. John Nepomucene. And shortly after this date, we find the Kotrbas living at the Mennonite Missionary Church on Union Ave. Therefore, their conversion as a family from Catholicism to Mennonite must have happened during this period.

She & her husband were expecing another baby when he registered for the WWI draft. Baby to arrive in Nov.
