Obituary, 20 Apr 1926. 403 Mrs. Annie Rebecca Radcliff, wife of Dr. J.M. Radcliff, died Monday morning at her home, No. 242 North Market Street, after a protracted illness extending over a period of several years.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Radcliff is survived by the following children: Mrs. Edward E. Evans, Decatur, IL.; Mrs. Robert M. Ritchey, San Jose, Ca.; Dr. A.A. Radcliff, this city; J. Ralph Radcliff, Oakland, Ca.; and Miss Edith Harner Radcliff, at home; and five grandchildren.
Mrs. Radcliff was a member of Calvary Methodist Episcopal church of this city, and during her active years served as vice-president of the Ladies' Aid Society and also was a teacher in the Sunday school for a long period. She had a lovely Christian character, exhibiting a kindly feeling and consideration for others in and out of season, as she was of a well balanced temperament and was always the same kind of congenial friend.
The funeral services were at her late home; interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery; C.E. Cline was the funeral director.
