COIGNE, ARMAND B., 95, of Clearwater, died Sunday (Nov. 21, 1993) at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater. He was born in Philadelphia and came here in 1963 from New York City. He was a lawyer and was assistant vice president of Commerce Clearing House and associate editor of World Trade Law Journal. He was a member of St. Brendan Catholic Church, Clearwater. He earned his bachelor of law degree at Blackstone Institute, Chicago, in 1928, and his master of law degree at Hamilton College of Law, Chicago, in 1930. He was a member of the American Bar Association and the American Institute of Parliamentarians and was past president of the Retired Lawyers Association, Clearwater, and Belleair Beach Property Owners Association. Survivors include a stepson, C. E. Nettleton, Conyers, Ga. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes, Fort Harrison Chapel, Clearwater.

ARMAND B. COIGNE, 95, of Clearwater died Sunday at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. A native of Philadelphia, he moved to the area in 1963 from New York City. He was an attorney, assistant vice president for the Commerce Clearing House in Riverwood, Ill., secretary for Sinclair Murray & Co., associate editor of the World Trade Law Journal, past president of the Belleair Beach Property Owners Association and the Retired Lawyers Association, of Clearwater and a member of the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Parliamentarians, the National Association of Parliamentarians and the St. Brendan Catholic Church in Clearwater. He is survived by a stepson, C.E. Nettleton of Conyers, Ga. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes, Fort Harrison Chapel.
