Hon. R. O. Hickman
Former state treasurer of Montana, also a state land agent. The politicalgraveyard.com website has him listed, with the dates 1889-93 (his term in office), burial location unknown it says. Archive.org says he was state treasurer from 11-8-1889 to January 3, 1893. He was territorial treasurer of Montana from July 20, 1891- June 30, 1875.
